Luxury Nail Bar

Extremely disappointed. I paid $65 for a gel refill ($50 for refill and $15 for cat eye polish). There’s air bubbles all through my set, barely cleaned my cuticles, I did a French with a cat eye and it’s a thick line of polish of varying widths on each finger, the polish doesn’t even cover from side to side. I tried to give her some helpful tips along the way (already annoying to have to do that) and she said “well you have to tell me sooner and actually speak up” then proceeded to say something in her native tongue to her coworker next to her as if she was bothered…I was over it by that point and just wanted the appointment to be over. I told the man who sits at the first desk and runs the register …he offered to have her fix it but fixing air bubbles in a gel set would literally mean starting over. I’m so over nail salons overcharging for mediocre work. I don’t think all the nail techs are bad …I saw some amazing work happening next to me. Unfortunately I just got someone who clearly needs to work on her customer service skills and nail tech skills as well. The gel is so bubbly and uneven.

My names actually Lindsey - this nail place is hands down is the best. The nicest people ever always!!! I got my nails done nearly 3 weeks ago by Justin and not a single nail fell off. Any where I’ve gone I’ve at least had 1 if not 5 come off LOL. He was so sweet and nailed the shape that I wanted !! The pricing is amazing too. I go in today for a fill and they got me in right away. Definitely recommend. I’ve gone to SO many salons and I’ve found the one I’m in love with!

Absolutely the best in town. Clean, friendly and quick!! My nail art is distinct and classy. Shape and design are exquisite and elegant. Will never find a better place.

Got my nails done by Kevin yesterday I didn’t have an appointment they were busy but I only had to wait 20-25 minutes and I wasn’t mad about it. The nails came out perfect to me it’s all about the shape. If the shape is wrong no matter what color you use it will never look good but Kevin gave me exactly perfect coffin shaped nails. The nails are thin but very sturdy which I love because I hate when there’s too much acrylic and the nails come out bulky looking but this was not the case at all! I’ve been getting my nails done on and off since I was 15 so I know what I want and they definitely delivered can’t wait to schedule another appointment for next month

Did not have a great experience with this nail salon. I had asked for an ombré French design. I had asked the tech in advance if it’s something that he could do as I originally asked for a French. His response was “you change your mind so fast”. When he was done I had if he could retouch up the sides as there were area where the white was more sharp then the others. He seemed to bother him. I then asked if he could just redo them with a solid color expecting for him remove the ombré and I told him I would pay extra. He just painted them over and you can see the uneven and bumpy paint. He did not even put on cuticle oil or wipe the nail off. Will definitely not be coming back and working with Paul.
