IQ NAILS AND SPA

I walked in (no appointment) around 9:58am and the website says they open at 10am. I waited for about 5 minutes until I was sat! I had old lifted acrylic from a different salon, the top piece of broken acrylic on one nail and squared nails. I asked for the old acrylic to be removed for a fresh full set (just because I was worried of the lift causing fungus and nail damage). However, I was seated by a sweet lady Stephanie (hopefully I spelled her name right) and she assured me that I would not need the old acrylic removed; that she can fix it and do the almond shape I wanted. She was VERY kind and precise! She fixed my nails better than I had expected based on other salon experience. I walked out feeling very happy and satisfied with my nails and my experience. If time allows, this will be my new regular salon! Thank you Stephanie!☺️

IQ Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done. I moved up north for a job a year ago and still can’t find a place that comes close to this. Every time I’m back visiting my family I stop here to get a manicure. It’s always a 10/10 !! Nelly did this latest manicure and I am obsessed !!!! One of my favorites ever!

made a 10 am appointment due to personal time constraints, they did not have it in the system for some reason & i was never notified of this prior to attending the appointment, i advised i needed to leave by 11 am and my gel manicure was starting at 10:45 am and then when it was time to paint, they didn’t have the color i wanted so i needed to leave but the best part is i was charged for a full price manicure just to leave with my nails looking like this! HORRIBLE customer service will not be returning

While the establishment was clean inviting,and relaxing, the service itself was way to expensive! There are no prices listed anywhere . I went with my mom and while I got what I wanted they just brushed her needs off . They didn't give her the finished she had asked for or design. And when we went to check out just for 2 mani pedi over 200$ outrageous!! Never going back

This wasn't my first time at IQ Nails but I can't let another visit go by without giving a review. I've tried a few places in the area and this one is much more my preference! Peaceful, clean, everyone is helpful and the technicians I've had have all been skilled. Stephanie and her team will take good care of you!
