I took my girlfriend here and she had an appointment booked a week prior and when we got there she was asked if she wanted to start now because we were 10 minutes early. They sat her down and no one said anything to her until 40 minutes of sitting there for someone to talk to her. When they started they were aggressive with everything, pulling her hand so hard and filling her nails so hard that her cuticles were bleeding and when they saw that they were bleeding they just looked up at her and didn’t say anything. When she put her nails under the blue light they were starting to sting so she took her hand out and they aggressively said “put them back in they’re not finished”. Her nails were in a lot of pain for 2 days and the nail polish was already chipping within a few days. Do not recommend.

Yen has been doing my nails for over 2 years now. The wait is always long, but trust me, it's worth! She does a beautiful job, and I like to think she appreciates the challenges I bring for her every month.

The owner never misses a detail, she cleans underneath my nails, shapes them perfectly, tidies my cuticles, and finishes with nail oil so they look fresh and healthy. Even when the staff step in for prep, they’re just as precise and gentle, clearly trained to her standard. I’m a lash & brow artist, educator, and busy mum with an active lifestyle, so my hands are constantly in products, water, and on the go — yet my nails still last 4+ weeks without lifting or chipping. That kind of durability is rare. I’m always coming in for design work too, and every time I leave amazed. She somehow makes it look even better than the inspo photo I bring in. Ask for the hand massage at the end, it melts all the tension out, and you won’t regret it. What really sets this salon apart is the consistency, detail, and durability. Every appointment is thorough but never rushed, and the results last well beyond what you’d expect. Her staff match her care and professionalism, and it’s obvious she leads by example. It’s why I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. If you’re looking for a nail tech who genuinely cares about detail and durability, this is the place.
