Even though I was late to my appointment for gel nails, I was seated and accommodated very quickly. The service was very fast, and the staff are polite and efficient. The shaping of the nail is good too. However, the quality of painting the gel on is not great. There was gel polish on my fingertips and there is gel on my fingers as well.

Fantastic as always, the new shop looks amazing, easy to get an appointment and so quick. I always go with a picture of a design and they always try there best to match it even when the designs are complex, been going for many years now and will continue. Update- I have now started getting regular pedicures too, the lady that did my pedicure was fantastic, couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you Kim Nails!

Went in asking for quite a complicated design not far from closing time, was expecting to be turned away as I’d never been there but wow! Nails are gorgeous and they were done so fast! People were so friendly and helpful, will be coming back!

Been coming to Kim's nails for many years 10+ always do an amazing job . Especially Hannah who is a credit to the salon . Always pleasant friendly and accommodating.

Had my nails done today by Hannah and she was incredible! It was my first time at kims and all the staff are so polite and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, felt truly pampered and very pleased with my nails keep up the good work! 🩷
