MT Nails & Spa -Salem.Nh

Henry and Ivy are wonderful business owners. They are very professional. Their salon is clean and bright. My hands and feet are well maintained by this duo. Nail dip lasts me 3-4 weeks depending on my activity. I’ve been coming here for a year now and always recommend MT nails in public forums and friends, family, and coworkers! Everyone always compliments my nails.

Please read; this was my first time ever visiting this salon. I was serviced by the man who works there and was not at all impressed by the service provided, as well as his poor customer service skills. I was in the salon for a total of 30 minutes, this was because he rushed the entire process. I was not asked what shape I wanted, he shaped my nails quickly and extremely poorly, and did no comparison to make sure my nails were all the same length (which they're not). He didn't shape the fake tips, he started shaping after the acrylic was put on, so there wasn't an opportunity for me to clarify what shape I wanted. The acrylic application was rushed and executed poorly. I kept hope because he could shape the acrylic after and at least leave me with something that looked good even if it wasn't what I had originally wanted, but it ended up being bumpy and uneven. The nail polish came out sloppy, uneven, and patchy. When I finished and was given the price I paid part cash and part card. He asked me three times if I was sure I only wanted to put "X" amount on my card, I didn't give a tip, I continued to politely say no and thanked him. I can't speak on the business as a whole, but I would avoid this business, or at least the man who works there. He was rude, rushed his work, and overall it was a waste of my time (although not much) and my money. Extremely disappointed.

I had a wonderful spa pedicure. The customer service is top tier. At first I decided to look for local nail shops and reading the previous reviews from MT is what got me interested in trying them out. Ivy was incredible! I will be returning!

My sister, mom and I are from Florida and we needed our pedicures. We found this place on google. They were SO nice and really took their time with it. Better than ours in Boca Raton at home! We are coming back every single time now!

I went to get a mani pedi for prom. the people in this salon were so kind and took such great care of me and margaret! nails and toes both turned out great. deed going to come back!
