Tamara always greets me with a smile and a hug! You can tell that she loves what she does and she does it well. People travel to her from all over the country. Lucky for me, I drive a little less than 2 hours. There is never a dull moment with her! We always have meaningful conversations with laughter sprinkled around. I feel lucky to have found her 💕

I have never been very comfortable in salons and sometimes used to just cut my own hair, but I absolutely love visiting Tamara at her Moon Sage Studio! Tamara is a great conversationalist and can have an engaging discussion about anything under the sun as she tidies up my dreads. She is kind and thoughtful, and that shows through her space. The studio is designed around art and nature, and she has probably everything you could need or want for your dreads and dread experience. Tamara also knows her stuff and is an expert in the realm of dreads and hair as a whole. I’m so glad Tamara created my first dreads, and I look forward to many more visits to the Moon Sage Studio!

Tamara kindly came in on her day off just to do my dreadlocks. She is a truly wonderful person with so much experience and wisdom to share. I feel grateful to have begun this journey with her. No matter the distance, please don't let it stop you—she won’t let you down. Her salon feels like a cozy, welcoming retreat—a little slice of heaven. I wholeheartedly give her a 10/10 recommendation.
