Vivid Nails

I went into get a full set of acrylic. Not only did my French tip look horrible and so messy that we had to cover it up with white, she cut my fingers horribly with the electric file. My nails looked horrible at the end of the day. I woke up the next morning and my fingers were throbbing and red and bleeding so I went back to see if they could take them off. They refused to take them off and told me if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay extra. She then told me it was store “policy” they can’t refund. I asked where the policy was and she said she didn’t know because she was only the manager, which makes no sense. The woman was nice the day I was there, and then super rude and didn’t listen to me at all the next day. Also there was a hair in my nail and when I told her she tried to gaslight me when I could legit see it. She also used the same cuticle clippers on me that she did another customer. So here I am with swollen, bloody, ugly nails.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1- star review, but if I could give a zero I would. Definitely don’t go here. Their online reservations are not actually noted and paid attention to, and I had to explain what I was there for even when I could see my name and selected services on their screen. The pedicure was nothing special, but my problem was she chopped my toenails so short and painful which caused bleeding. Then she didn’t pay attention to what nail she was painting, I was trying to relax so I didn’t watch her paint, but it was obvious when I got home that some nails had one coat and some had 3. It was chipping two days later. While I got my pedicure, the other person played a casino game on her phone with the volume on full. Moving along to my hands, I had made an appointment for a gel manicure. They had nobody there who could do this and convinced me to go for dip. She kept telling me her dip was better. Well FF a few hours, the top coast was lifting off of the nail. I realized she never asked me to wash my hands before top coat (every other place does), so I assume that’s the issue. Within a few days my dip was also cracking. It was an awful experience all around, I had Cindy for my nails and an older woman for my feet. Definitely do not go here.

Went today for the first time since change in owner and name. I went with my mom we both booked for the fabulous pedicure. Both techs (sia and didi(sorry if spelt wrong)) were amazing and welcoming. We ended up getting the new polish (no chem) line and the colors are beautiful. 100% recommend

First time going here, and it was a great experience! I loved that you could make an appointment online. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure with tips. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in and look forward to going back!

Came in for a mani/pedi and really love my nails. The gentleman who did my toes did a great job with the shaping, cuticles, and foot massage. Sia helped me pick a great color for spring, and she explained how I can get the lasting results of dip, while maintaining a natural-looking thickness. Definitely check it out if you’re in Nashua - it’s right next to Yoshimama.
