Friendly staff, my nail tech was incredibly sweet, but good lord was this the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Everything up until the final product was great. Got a gel pedicure. Came out streaky and sloppy. Parts of the nail aren’t event painted. Have some uneven nails and rather than shape them so they look normal when covered in polish, it’s instead a crooked result. I know my nails are small and nothing to write home about, but I’ve done better jobs myself. Spent $50 for the basic level of pedicure they offer. Wish I took a closer look before tipping, because I would not have given the extra $15 that I did. Luckily I have some gel polish on hand that is similar in color so I can go over the problematic nails for a more clean finish. Would not come back for a pedicure.

This was one of the longest and most expensive manicures I’ve ever gotten—I have to start out by saying that my manicure started with the tech cutting my cuticles, bleeding so much that the owner asked if I could come back the next day to finish the manicure (I couldn’t because I was traveling), and waiting longer for the bleeding to stop so that they could finish. They didn’t wear gloves when tending to the bleeding and also dropped the nail brush on the floor and continued using it. I was absolutely disgusted. I wanted a galactic purple theme and ended up with a red color (pictures of what I ended up with vs what I wanted above). Then not even four days later my nail split in half and I had to cut all my nails and other ones starting chipping. Granted this was a gel manicure and is supposed to last at least two weeks. I do not speak lightly that I don’t think this salon is worth your time. The owner didn’t even offer to comp my service after all of this.

I took my 4 year old daughter to get a pedicure with me. The girl who did my daughter's toes did a great job. She was very patient with my daughter. However, it's about 5 hours later and the polish is chipped. My toenails were filed unevenly by a different technician. My big toes are not a straight line across and the edges are a little shaky. The paint is not smooth. It's a little lumpy. The massage, lotioning, filing and everything was great. The girls were really personable and friendly. I'm just disappointed with the finished product. The pictures were taken the same day services were received.

Such a beautiful new place!! I followed my fave nail artist Tru here from her last place. You can tell she really put her all into opening this salon. There a waterfall, chandeliers and even a bar! There’s so many pedicure options too and the chairs are so luxe. They even massage your bum lol. Her designs are always flawless and they last a whole month before I have to get another fill. Dip has honestly kept my nails super healthy too. Also a bonus you can drink some wine while you enjoy the services they offer. Plus you even get one free refill. Book an appointment ASAP because I’m sure they’ll fill up super fast. Can’t wait till my next appointment!! It’s so much more than an nail salon is a fun luxe experience!

I can not say one bad thing about Karma! They are amazing, I’ve been going there now for almost 2 years! I’ve gotten, regular mania, gel manicures and now dip, I’ve also gotten pedicures from them as well! All amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxed, everyone is so incredibly nice, and they do a phenomenal job. They are always on time and the few time I was late from coming from my work they completely understood. They didn’t charge me a late fee. They didn’t give me any grief about being late. Granted I was only about 5 or 10 minutes late but I’ve been places where they have been awful if you were even a few minutes late to your appointment, and at karma they don’t do that, they don’t judge at all!!! You can sit and have a wonderful conversation with your technician too! They’re so friendly! They honor their service, get your nails done by them mess them up break a nail, they’ll fix it for you. Their nail techs are incredibly talented. Give them a picture of whatever you like on your nails and they can do it FREEHAND not to mention. Some people will complain about the price, well you get what you pay for and they do amazing so I’d consider it VERY reasonably priced! I’ve also taken my 3 daughters there ranging from ages 6-10 and they’ve done manicure, gel and pedicures on them ZERO issues, the techs could even handle the giggles from my girls when they did their feet! They’ve even done free hand nail art on my kids tiny nails! I’m a business owner and work a lot with my hands in the pastry world, and my nails even hold up for 5 weeks!!!! (I prefer to go every 4 but total safe and a still look great at 5) If you’re hesitant on popping into karma for a relaxing time, Consider this your sign to just go!
