Statix Salon & Spa

Statix is a wonderful salon. I have always felt they have given me 100% attention and will always try to schedule me even at the last minute. Wendy has done an amazing job over the past year - she really understands color and can do a razor cut with finesse(not easy to find these days). This most recent cut and color was exactly what I was looking for. In addition, she is absolutely lovely and accommodating in all respects. I love going to Statix!

Have you ever had an experience somewhere that, after you left, had you wishing that you knew more people so that you could tell even more people about how phenomenal a time you had? Well, that's me right now, and that's why I'm writing this review. About 30 years ago, there was about a decade of time where my natural hair color never saw the light of day. Over that time, it was every single color of the rainbow that you could imagine, usually several at once. But then, I had to go out and get a professional job and do the whole responsible adult thing, and at the time, hair like that wasn't acceptable in my field. But times have changed, and these days, not only is vivid color acceptable but I'm also now an independent artist and I can do what I want 😂 Anyway, yesterday, I had the opportunity to have my first vivid color session with Abby, and I cannot say enough just how thrilled I am with my experience. She's extremely skilled, knowledgeable, so passionate about her specialty, with an artist's eye for color and tone, and it shows in every aspect of her work. I came in with a head full of my natural black locks with their sprinkling of wisdom tinsel, (aka my white hairs,) and when I left? I had the sunset sherbet Technicolor mane of my DREAMS. Picture Black Widow from the Marvel movies if she got her color inspiration from Animal from the Muppets - and I couldn't possibly be more in love with it. And despite the intense lightening and lifting we had to do, my scalp feels fantastic and my hair? So strong, so soft, still, like cotton candy clouds. If you've been having dreams in HD of hair that can be seen from space like I was, don't hesitate. Listen to your inner whisper and just go for it, and make sure you ask for Abby. She's more than just a pro, she's absolute witchcraft, and the colors she creates are nothing less than MAGICAL

Abbey was absolutely amazing in every way!! I am not naturally adventurous with my hair but she was so good listening to the things I knew I didn’t like and took notes of what I liked and the reference pics I brought. As I marinated in foils she took that time and gave my 11 year old a little trim on her hair which was super sweet. I am looking to donate my hair again in a year, so when it came to the cut Abbey gave me a cut that is going to grow out really nice leaving length in the back. Holy moly the toner!!!! She chose a brown ash toner and it is absolutely stunning, bright and beautiful. Abbey is young, sweet, open minded, has great conversation and was knowledgeable in hair!!! My children and I will be back for our hair needs. Thank you so much Abbey!!!

Two days before my wedding and these ladies seriously saved me! Jasmine did an incredible job and the owner was so sweet getting me in last minute. My nails came out perfect — couldn’t be happier!

I go to Statix Salon for my haircuts and colors, eyebrow waxing, manicures and pedicures. I always have a fantastic experience every time I go. Tara and Mindy are who I see and they are both so kind and so professional and very accommodating. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!
