Finally I have found the cleanest, nail salon around! The staff is fantastic- thank you “Mr. B” for doing such a great job with my acrylic gel manicure and being an expert in your craft really shows. I will definitely be coming back. Also I would like to mention that the pedicures are so great I would recommend the Deluxe with “Thanh” One reason I love this place is they always open new packages for every client when doing your pedicures. They do not just disinfect and share with everyone. Thanks again and I will see you next time.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple months now and I love how much variety they have. They keep in touch with the latest trends and have multiple options. Usually, I’m a walk-in client and I throw them a curveball with nail designs, yet they never seem to fail me. I get the gel x and they usually last me over a month which is great! Bi does a great job and is fast and efficient. Today I got a pedicure and gel x soak off and fresh set and they got me in an out within an hour. I love this cateye green nails for fall!! I highly suggest getting your nails done here if you’re in the concord area and looking for a walk in appointment and fast service!

Lisa does it again!! I’ve been coming here for at least 6 months now being pampered by Lisa. She’s super thorough and gives the best foot rubs. She recommended sparkle to my blue nail today, as she knows I like glitter and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lisa for being consistently amazing all around! 💙

Wow! I am very picky, and this place exceeded my expectations! I had gone to a different “nail salon” to get my birthday nails done and they were GROSS. When Gwyneth found out they were my failed birthday nails, she pulled out all the stops!! I showed her 1 picture of my dream nails and she immediately grabbed everything and went to WORK! This artist really cared about the outcome. She was not rushed but she was so skilled I feel like time flew by. I always get worried about the shaping because a “perfect almond” really depends on the whole hand shape and oh I LOVE them! She did not leave glitter placement to chance, she pieced the glitter together using different kinds to produce exactly what I had been dreaming of. She’s so kind and the appointment was relaxing and fun! I can’t wait to go back! The salon has a clean, stylish, airy and open feel, totally different from any place I’ve been! It smelled great, was perfectly clean, and the owner is LOVELY, she really created something beautiful here! As I read through the reviews prior to making an online appointment (which you should do), it’s clear Saturdays and Sundays will obviously be busy, it’s too good not to be. With graduations and proms and Mother’s Day and summer starting, I decided to go Wednesday at 10 and it was peaceful and relaxing.

Rushed and not pleasant. They were fighting right in front of me which was rude. I had no idea what was going on. My pedicure was ok but he pressed so hard on the bottom of my feet with the stones that it caused me pain and later I had swelling so bad it was difficult to walk. My finger nails started breaking, cracking within a week from when they were done. I will not be going back. Edit: I was contacted by Michelle Doan and she offered my daughter and I complementary services to make things right. I told her we needed to think about it. After a week my daughter decided to give them a 2nd chance. However when I reached out to Michelle there was no response from her at all. This was 3 days ago and still nothing from her.
