Jenny is my absolute favorite nail tech I’ve ever had. She can do anything and everything I ask for and I always leave excited and can’t stop staring at my nails. I could not have better things to say about her and tell everyone looking for a nail tech to go to Jenny

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I made an appointment for today - I arrived a few minutes early, picked a color and then somebody seated me. I had dip powder on my nails, which needed to be removed. Instead of doing the normal thing of wrapping my nails individually, the lady made me put my entire hands inside a bowl of hot acetone. When I said “ Wow, that’s hot” she just pointed at my hands and walked away. I sat there for a few minutes and she never came back. Btw - I did start wrapping my own nails individually with the cotton that was in the hot bowl. Not only did she not come back, but she helped somebody who walked in (without an appointment ) for a pedicure while I was still sitting there! I just got up and walked out. Terrible experience all around - do not go here.

I can’t say enough. This is the second time I have brought my Grandmother to this salon and they have been nothing but gentle & professional. I bring my grandmother here now after her other salon was very unpleasant and I didn’t like the way they treated her and I told her “ I know where I can bring you.” Not knowing this Salon has all new faces. They were nothing but kind and welcoming. She loved her result. Today I called for an appointment they were the same. I showed the nail tech a reference picture of what my grandmother may like and what would look nice prior to showing my grandmother before and she agreed on it. The nail tech absolutely did the most beautiful job. I am trying not to cry because how kind this Salon is and how talented they are. Thank you very much Staff at Nail Trix & Fox Run.

Nails were very pretty and well done, some bubbles but I don't mind that stuff, they get three stars because me and my grandmother went in with appointments however my nail tech walked away for thirty minutes to tend to a walk in client, I understand needing to take clients but they could've said to wait for a while and come back later or wait for a nail tech to open up so I was left with just the extensions on for thirty minutes waiting for my tech to come back.

Stopped by this afternoon as a walk-in to see if they were available for a pedicure. They were and I was helped quickly and efficiently. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure. The massage was heavenly and my polish came out great. I’ll definitely be a return customer!
