Always does a great job on pedicure, can nit complain

Very pleasant place. Pleasant welcoming upon arrival. Always offer water and non alcoholic beverages. Usually no wait time or very minimal wait time. Several sweet and very detailed staff. Very interested in pleasing clients. Prices very competitive. Enjoyable place to go for " beauty treatments " offered.

I enjoyed my pedicure but then the man who did my manicure tried to use a clearly dirty file on my nails that looked like it had been used on multiple customers. He pulled the nail tools from the same drawer and just spritzed them with alcohol. That is not an effective way to properly sanitize and there was no barbicide jar in sight by the manicure stations. Incredibly dangerous to your clients.

I have been going here for several years now, and it has usually been to get my eyebrows done. I don't get my nails done too often, but I recently took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time since she is now a teenager. A friend of mine recommended dip nails, so that is what we got. I loved my nails, and they still look good to me. Now, my daughter on the other hand, two of her nails chipped badly within 2 days. The man did her nails, and a lady did mine. Ironically enough, we both got the same thing(dip nails), but our nails were done differently for the same thing. I have seen other reviews, and I guess it just depends on who you go to in the shop. I have always enjoyed my service there for eyebrows, and I would go back to get my nails done again as long as I go to the same lady who just did my nails a couple of weeks ago. My nails still look fresh and new. My daughter had to remove her nails within the same week that she got them done due to the chipping which was extremely noticeable. PS: They will usually acknowledge you if they are not busy. If they are busy, sometimes you have to ask someone for service. I have been skipped before which I have had to address, but it has not been often that I have had that issue. Overall, I have enjoyed coming here to get my eyebrows done, and I may start coming for nails.

The service was horrible. I have never had a manicure look this terrible. When I asked them to redo the polish, she huffed and puffed and told me it was fine. Another customer spoke up and agreed the polish looked terrible. My cuticles were barely cut in the manicure. It looked like I didn’t have a manicure at all. The polish wasn’t close to the nail bed, it looked a week old already. Their pedicure includes a hot, towel which I did not get. I will never return here.
