2025-10-20I've never in my life been so embarrassed after having my nails done. I went from having long almond nails too looking like a child did them. I asked for a new set, (never got it) the lady said my natural nails better, then what shape I requested almond she came back with square round look better on you. I'm very disappointed my time and money was wasted.

2025-11-05First racist experience with them, went in wasn’t greeted, or asked what service I needed, or asked did I want anything to drink. The guy didn’t acknowledge me or talk to me. He talked to my mother who is a lighter skin complexion. She went in before I did so he didn’t know she was my mom until I said something. After sitting there for 15 minutes I put my socks on left and went to buy my own soda. Mind you he asked my mom did she want a drink and told her about the special but soon as I came in no welcoming me or anything. These businesses fail to realize we keep them in business but act so racist towards the same people who keep them in business. I left and went elsewhere, this was not my first time going here. I’ve been before and the staff that was present those times I visited were very welcoming and pleasant. The person today showed his racism towards me and did not try to hide it. I will never spend a dime with them again. I will go spend my money where I am welcomed but never here.

2024-09-03I stopped in BN on a whim I was in the area. This is my first time visiting the establishment and I was greatly surprised T and his wife. Selina are great very considerate and kind. I’ve been looking for somewhere to go for a manicure and pedicure but now I have found my spot. I will not be going anywhere else come by and check them out you won’t be disappointed.
