I visited VIP today with my granddaughter, and we had such a wonderful experience! She got her nails polished, and I treated myself to a gorgeous set of acrylics. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, immediately seated, and even offered something to drink, which made us feel so welcomed. The salon was clean, the service was friendly, and they worked quickly without ever making us feel rushed. The beautiful spa is relaxing, making for a nice treat at the end of a tough day. I appreciate how they make everyone feel special.

Excellent customer service, even when they are busy! You are always greeted, and always made to feel comfortable. They are always friendly! The salon is well maintained and clean. They ask several times exactly what you want, so there is never any miscommunication. All of their technicians do an amazing job, so it is hard to pick just one favorite. I go out of my way just to use this nail salon (I live in a different town). Highly recommend!
