First of all, I love my french tip gel pedicure. It’s exactly what i wanted. I went to the shop early morning and did not wait. I was greeted and serviced immediately. The young man who did my pedicure was very nice, tentative, and serviced my every little request, which I am thankful for. I requested a deluxe pedicure with a gel add-on, which I was told would be $57 + 15. But, when I got up to check out the price was $82. Perhaps there was an additional $10 fee for removing the polish I already had but I would’ve loved to have known that. While I love my experience and my pedicure, I will probably not be returning as $82 for a gel pedicure is too much in my opinion.

Horrible! I knew it was too good to be true. Tried this place cause it was close to my house, had great reviews, and had a first time special. Came in for really a mani but decided to treat myself for mother’s day weekend and get a mani and pedi. I have no complaints about the pedi outside of there not being hot water. They have this weird contraption thing that goes on your lap that made me feel like a baby in a high chair and I had to twist my body to the side so my mani could be done, which wasn’t the most comfortable position. The color selection for gel nails are limited with the only option for additional colors coming with a $5 extra charge. My original price was maybe $95. They took off around $15 for the mother’s day special which i still gave out in tips (why are we inclined to still tip for subpar service?) They had plenty of drinks there but I wasn’t offered any which was fine cause, I guess cause I brought my own. It was a lot of foreign language cross talk in the shop which as an English speaking customer, is quite uncomfortable. At the end of my service, because I had gotten regular polish on my toes, I wanted to enjoy another round of the massage chair to ensure my toes were dry…and when I tell you, they all but threw me out. 🫠 Like literally came over, raised the arm of the chair, and put my shoes on for me after I had asked if I could sit to let my feet dry and enjoy the chair. Yeah my feet wound up being dry, but can’t I relax especially since I had to be twisted up most of the service?! 😭 I could have seen if it was busy and they needed the chair. All in all, I would not return. My nails are already chipped after one day. I literally woke up with a chipped nail this morning. Would recommend sorting reviews by the number of stars for this location Last 2 pictures are about 8 days post mani.

Relax Nail Salon is a true gem! The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff is friendly and skilled, and my nails have never looked better. Everything was clean, relaxing, and professionally done—from the perfect polish to the deluxe pedicure. Mike and Mrs. Pauline are amazing. I’ve been coming to Relax Nail Salon for 5 years now since I moved here from New York. This is the only place I trust with my nails. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and leave feeling fabulous. I’ve read negative reviews about Relax and I completely shocked. Never once have I had a bad experience here!!! We even come for the holiday party!!!

I would have given only 1 star, but I came here to get my wedding nails done with my maid of honor, and her service was great and she had no complaints. But my service was the worst I've ever had! They did take us as walk-ins which was nice. But when they started cleaning my cuticles, I don't think they even used a clean nipper set! My technician didnt tear open a new package of sanitized tools (just an already-opened one), and while she was trimming, I'm pretty sure I saw flakes of another person's skin on them! Then she made me bleed by cutting too much, literally splitting my cuticle on 3 fingers! When I brought it up, she said my cuticles were "dry", but I've never bled at any other place, and when I inspected after my service, my cuticles were indeed cut too much. Then she started the actual color application part. I had wanted a very simple white chrome all over, and she asked if I wanted it over nude pink or clear. When she trialed both options on my pinkies and I chose one, she did not completely remove the other finger and I was in so much pain already from the cuticles that I didn't have the heart to insist she remove it to match the others. The application was also extremely uneven and lumpy, with a lot of overflow on the edges onto my skin, even after I told her to clean up more before curing. I absolutely do not recommend coming here! I seemed to have gotten unlucky with the tech who did my service, but it was bad enough that it makes me scared to take the chance at any place ever again!

I’ve been coming to Relax Nails & Spa for a few months now and they always do a fantastic job! I saw Savia for the first time today and she was amazing. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted. My nails came out perfect for my brother’s wedding.
