Nail It Spa

I’ll start by saying I loved my toes. The owner’s son did them and he took great care and they look awesome. For my nails, I actually booked with Ana online originally. I got a confirmation of my appointment with her as well. When I arrived I was told Ana is actually off but that Christie would be doing my nails. I was hesitant but didn’t want to prematurely judge so I agreed. I do appreciate her efforts and time, she was kind and patient as well. The nails themselves though are uneven in shape, length and thickness. Also my cuticles are sore and scabbed in areas as she just took the dremel to them right away.

The way I was treated for being unhappy with this set of nails is disheartening. I left in literal tears. There is no world in which these are acceptable and it took way longer than necessary to still end up horrible and no one stepped in to fix them, not even my normal nail gal who sat and watched. You thinking I’d be happy with that they were free is the cherry on top. I now have to make additional time during the holidays to have them fixed immediately. They are embarrassing and after months of being a loyal client I will not be returning.

Update 9/9: Long story short… I paid $98 for a brand-new set that was uneven, discolored, and looked grown out after only two days. I reached out as the owner suggested. She offered to fix them. By the time they responded I had already gotten them fixed elsewhere by a nail tech I trust. She offered to cover the expense. I provided proof of my payment, but they only offered $40 back and left me on read when I explained why that wasn’t reasonable. I had already spent $98 with them and spent $70 on the fix. (New base, reshaped, and color. Not just a color change as they suggested) What makes this worse is their public response questioning my honesty and trying to downplay the issues instead of taking accountability. No customer should be made to feel like they’re lying just because they expected the quality of work to match the price. Unprofessional, dismissive, and not worth the money or stress. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values their customers and their reputation. Got them done 8/8 and picture I took was on 8/10 adding screenshot of the picture with the date!

Christie did the most incredible job on my nails! I have never had someone take so much care and do such high quality work on my acrylics. I showed her an inspiring picture for my bridal nails and I loved it! I also got a pedicure here at it was also amazing! First time coming here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nail place!
