Eden Nails & Spa - Las Vegas

I travel to Vegas frequently and I was beyond impressed with the service I received here! Hannah was excellent and everyone in the spa was cheerful, pleasant and polite. Not over the top, just genuinely happy, making for a very welcoming atmosphere. Also all their regulars they greeted by name, and I've realized just how much I've been missing with past experiences! I look forward to coming back next time I am here.

I feel as though the pictures should speak for themselves. This is the second time I’ve gone here and while the first time wasn’t horrible, this experience sealed the deal. I stopped her mid massage at the end because I was upset and didn’t think it was fair for her to have her massage my arms when I was about to tell her I didn’t like the service. I still paid full price and did not ask for a discount but I did let them know I was not happy with the service I received. The nails are bulky and not smooth, there’s gel missing on the sides, probably because it ended up all over my finger tips and she took a chunk out of my left middle finger with the cuticle cutters. I had to file my right middle finger the second I got home because it looked like the coast of Florida with how jagged it was. Please be aware before getting your nails done here. edit to respond - Your technician never discussed any of what you're claiming, not about how removing acrylics or applying gel polish could affect the final result. And even if she had, I have a layer of builder gel underneath, which creates a smooth surface. The bumps on my nails are not from my natural nails, they’re from a careless, rushed application of the builder gel. Let's not gaslight customers by blaming the client’s nails for your technician’s sloppy work. Speaking of sloppy: she attempted to PRY my acrylic nails off with a fake nail before I stopped her and asked for them to be soaked off. That is not just unprofessional, it's unsafe. I wasn’t even going to include that in my original review, but since you want to imply things were handled properly, let me be clear: you don't pry off nails unless the client explicitly demands it, and that’s terrifying. Even if the lumps were from my nails (they weren’t), that doesn't explain: 1. The jagged, uneven shaping 2. Gel polish left all over my skin and cuticles 3. Or the fact that my nails looked like they were done by someone in a rush who didn’t care how I felt or what I asked for. Let’s stop pretending this was a communication issue. I was very clear about what I wanted, and I was ignored. If this is your standard of service, people deserve to know.

Amy and Nancy did an incredible job on both my nails and my daughter’s! We were traveling and happened to find their salon while looking for a place nearby—what a lucky find! It’s not easy to come across a nail salon that truly delivers on quality, but they exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warm atmosphere made it a great experience. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy to say that I have found my forever nail lady. Her name is Helen and she does remarkable job by making sure you get a great experience. I can tell she take great pride in her work and to perfection. I got the gel pedi with the gillter. This is a full week and still looks like I got it done yesterday. I got the lavish pedi which includes an additional hour for pampering. Helen took exceptional care of me. Will be coming back. Thanks Helen. Also the staff is super nice and welcoming.

Amy did an excellent job with my Mani & Pedi... she has "good hands"-- very therapeutic and relaxing, and my nails and toes look great! Thx Eden Nails!.... its worth the trip off resort property.
