I specifically asked multiple times for dip nails, yet the technician seemed unsure and kept going back and forth with the process. She even took my payment before finishing my nails. Not even an hour later—before I could get home—my nails were already chipped and ruined (see photo). This is unacceptable for a service I paid for. I will not be coming back.

2025-10-31Stopped in with my mom and sadly, the polish on her toes smeared after waiting 30 minutes for them to dry. This suggests that the lady put too much polish and sealed it with the top coat. Not worth $55
