I had two amazing experiences with Alexis at The Nail Collective. I went to her to get my first ever nail service done (I got a structured gel manicure) and was nervous, but she eased my mind by being kind and guiding me through her process. She asked for my input along the way to make sure I got the nails I wanted and would be happy with. The end result was so much better than I could have imagined and didn’t chip at all while having them for over 2 weeks (and I work a physical labor job). I wish I could have kept them longer but my nails were growing fast! I went back to her to have the gel soaked off and she left my nails looking beautiful and clean. I can’t wait for my next set and would choose Alexis next time for sure. The salon itself is also very nice and charming. Great experiences overall :)

Extremely disappointed in The Nail Collective. My aunt went in for a gel manicure with Cheyenne a few days ago. She loved her nails at first — they looked great and she didn’t do anything strenuous afterward. No cleaning, no dishes, nothing. Yet within 24 hours, the polish on her thumbnail completely chipped off. We went back, and Cheyenne kindly repaired it. But less than a day later, the same nail chipped again — this time worse — and now there are new chips and bubbling on other fingers. My aunt’s nails always last three to four weeks when she gets them done elsewhere, so this isn’t normal wear and tear. She’s on a fixed income and always pays for gel to ensure they last, so this was a complete waste of money. When we reached out to the salon, the only response we got was that they “only repair within seven days.” No partial refund, no apology, nothing. And because my aunt had to leave town the next day, she wasn’t even able to return for a 2nd repair. They refused to provide a business email and told us to DM the owner on Instagram — which we did — and never received a response, even though the page continues to post daily. At this point, it’s clear either the gel product or the tools they’re using are poor quality. As fellow small business owners here in Las Vegas, we take customer satisfaction seriously. Sadly, The Nail Collective does not. If you want nails that actually last and a salon that stands behind their work, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I gave 5 stars after my first appointment and now 8 months later I wish I could update to 10 stars! I was recommended by a friend to go to Kiera and now I won't go to anyone else! Booking with her has always been so easy and seamless and I love that I can use Vagaro since my wax tech is also on that platform. I can also contact her on IG and have never ever had any issues with scheduling. And the most important thing is that she absolutely slays every time no matter what design I have in mind. Even if i dont know what i want i can trust her to have a good idea and make it cute every time! Never even once has she nicked my skin or anything which I am very grateful for. She helped my journey of growing my nails out and recommended services that would keep my nails healthy and strong! Now my natural nails are long, strong, and beautiful. Structured gel is the best!

Natalie B was great! She nailed it. Super easy to book. The salon experience was great. Really cool vibes in there. They do specials all the time. I would definitely go back. Loved this nail salon.

I’m not sure why it’s taken me this long to leave a review! My girl Kait is AMAZING!!! This month marks a year that I’ve been going to her and every month she surprises me with her talent. I always give her some inspiration and she surpasses my expectations. The whole salon is a vibe though! I definitely recommend The Nail Collective. They always make you feel welcomed.
