Scarlet is great at designs and has never failed me. Absolutely beautiful design and amazing attention to detail when it comes to shaping as well. Not to mention great customer service all around. 2025-11-18Ken was my nail tech for the VIP experience, and he did a wonderful job. The salon was spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt like a hidden gem. I truly enjoyed myself and appreciated the kindness of everyone there. One small note: when someone books the VIP treatment, it would elevate the experience to include a little extra touch—perhaps a glass of champagne or a bowl of fruit. It helps guests feel that the premium service comes with those special details. I was also the first to try the detox treatment and collagen, which made the visit feel even more unique. All in all, this place is beautiful, the service was excellent, and I look forward to coming back.
