Lisa did my nails and did the most wonderful job! She was thorough, gentle, and went the extra step to take good care of my natural nails and also make sure my manicure will last. I always think they do a great job when i come. The staff is so kind, it’s always a lovely experience coming here. Thank you everyone!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed, Will Not Return I visited WSM Nail Salon today 9/19/2025 while on vacation from California and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the pricing. I got a basic pedicure and my adult granddaughter got a gel full set. They charged me $60 for the pedicure and $85 for her nails — a total of $133 for basic, no-frills services. When I questioned the price, the response was, “I gave you 15% off!” It didn’t feel like a discount — it felt like damage control. To make things worse: The pedicure was basic with no extras, no massage upgrades, and not even a complimentary drink (just water). In California, I pay $40 at a classy salon with wine or mimosas included. The gel full with a type shellac set took THREE HOURS, which is absolutely unacceptable unless you're getting an advanced design — which she wasn't. It was something she gets all the time in Cali. The nail tech clearly needs more training. The salon itself is not upscale. No ambiance, no drinks, nothing special to justify the inflated prices. No visible pricing posted anywhere, which is frustrating and feels like they just make up prices on the spot. I come to Vegas often, but I will never return to this place. I suggest you ask for prices before they begin any service, or better yet, take your money somewhere more professional and transparent. This salon should be ashamed of their practices. Better Business Bureau (BBB) should look at lack of transparency or misleading pricing.

I’ve never been so irritated in my life! i’m on Vacation and this nail salon seemed decent. The lady who did my nails was so terribly slow, and they came out so uneven. so disappointing. Not to mention don’t get scammed for a BASIC PEDICURE they charged us 60$ for it. what a freaking ripoff. I will never give them another dollar again.

I got a manicure from the WSM Nail Lounge. It was the worst experience I ever had. The lady who did my nails was on the phone the entire time. She first shaped my real nails in a ugly rounded form. They were already shaped, all she needed to do was file them the same way. I felt like every time I said something to her I was bothering her. I had to interrupt her phone call to tell her I didn't want my nails the shape she formed. When I told her I didn't like it, I felt like she got irritated. I told her to make it an almond shape like they already were. She shaped them more pointed. I finally gave up. She noticed I was frustrated, so she put more effort in. I kept saying ouch because she was filing my fingers. She even hurt me when she cut my cuticles. I never had anyone bring a bowl with cold water to soak my fingers. That was weird. I attached pictures so you can see the way she cut my cuticles and painted my nails. I could have done better doing it myself. She was laughing while was painting my nails so you can imagine the paint job. When I tried to pay, their computer system glitched. I was charged on my bank side, but according to the guy at the desk, he said it didn't go thru so they made me pay twice. They said if they see a second charge they will refund my second charge, but who wants to be charged twice?! Ultimately a bad choice. I would not recommend it. This was my experience, you may have a different one. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Amazing nail salon, very clean and friendly staff. I’ve been coming here to do my nails for over four years, and I love their customer service. Ivi is very patient to do my nails the work done is very detailed and extremely professional. I brought my friend for the first time and she was impressed and satisfied with her manicure and pedicure. Nina did an excellent job she is very happy with her nails. We definitely will be coming back every month. Thank you for providing excellent service!
