I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and usually see Karen, who respects my requests and does a great job. Today, Karen wasn’t available and I was attended by Mona. I asked her not to drill on my natural nails, but instead of respecting my request, she gave me attitude, made rude comments, and expressed that it would “take too long” to do things properly. Her behavior was unprofessional, she was rude, gave me dirty looks, and even talked about me to a coworker when I politely declined the service. This salon has repeatedly damaged my nails. They do not care about the integrity of the natural nail and doing things the RIGHT way. My nails have become extremely thin, and when drilling is done, it burns, which is a clear sign of harm. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper technique, safety, and customer service. I will not be returning. I’ve inserted some photos from when Mike did my nails a while back for reference to several terrible experiences. These are how my finger left the salon after a manicure… Melinda gave me a refund this visit.

Nathan is the best! He really listens to his clients’ needs and always does his best. I think the reason he’s so good at what he does is because he truly loves his work. The owners are also incredibly kind and personable — they take the time to find the best appointments for their clients and make sure everyone leaves happy. I definitely recommend this business.

This place is amazing. They all Have great customer service and for the amount of money you spend it is definitely worth the experience. Dat is the most incredible Nail tech I’ve ever had. He listened to me and was honest and explained very thoroughly about every product he was using. I got a Gel X full set and a hot stone pedicure. I belief the lady who did my Eyebrow and lip waxing was named Jenny she was awesome As Well. I will definitely becoming back.

I requested a birthday nail set!! They ask me if I like it and said NO!! Cause I LOVE IT!! And this is what they came out Nathan did an amazing freestyle nail art and Jen did the cleaning and shaping both good hands very meticulous and patient both of them are great artists very proffesional and they really took their time doing my nails!!! Kuddos to Nathan and Jen definitely be back worth the time effort and every penny! 😍😍😍

Just WOW! It's my lucky day I moved to Las Vegas in May and so missed getting my nails professionally done. I found an artist in Nathan he did my nails exactly as I have always wanted. For 20+ year I was a Poker Dealer and had to have nice nails now that I am older I wanted to go with longer nails. I am so happy with the results absolutely gorgeous!!!! I cannot recommend Nathan more. Beautiful Nails and very reasonable prices. I found my go to place so very very pleased 😊
