I am so happy I found Claire! She is so sweet and unbelievably talented. My appointment truly felt like a luxury service and I am so thankful for her and that I found my hair home! 100% recommend her to any lady looking for their go-to stylist.

They are consistently amazing. I’ve seen them for haircuts, sugaring, massage, facials, makeup, nails, etc., and all the staff there are absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend them enough. Special shout outs to Sara and Claire for always finding a way to squeeze me in and consistently do an outstanding job with everything. Cordia and Rochelle were also awesome! Hope I’m not leaving anyone else out but seriously they are ALL awesome.

I recently had my hair cut and colored here with Cordia. She's the absolute best! I've been bouncing around salons at the lake for 4 years and never has a stylist nailed cut and color on the first try the way Cordia did. The front desk staff is very thoughtful and helpful and the whole salon feels just the way you want it to - a calm little oasis where you can indulge in some self care. It's more expensive than I'd pay at the lake, but an excellent value for the level of service and training you're experiencing. Thank you, Cordia!

From my personal experience, I’ve been disappointed with the level of professionalism and reliability I’ve encountered. She often seemed unenthusiastic about working and made negative comments about her workplace, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. She was also frequently late, even when bringing clients back for their scheduled appointments, which made the service feel disorganized. Each time she did my lashes, they began falling off within a few days. During one visit, I even had lashes stuck to the bottom of my eyelids, and I had to go to the bathroom to remove them myself before checking out because they hadn’t been addressed. When I brought up concerns about retention, she argued with me about how bonder does not need to be used. She also made a comment about me reporting the issue to management, which made me uncomfortable and left me feeling like I shouldn’t say anything. Overall, my experiences left me dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the way I was treated.

I would like to give a better review, because my first haircut was great, but… I recently had a perm with unappealing results; I left the salon with wet hair and it seemed ok, but as my hair dried, it looked quite awful. It is dry and damaged, some strands are somewhat curly, most just straight. I’ve had many perms before, never with these results. As I am traveling and can’t go there in person, I contacted the salon in writing in two ways, with no response. Cannot recommend.
