This place seriously is the best. My first time ever getting acrylic nails I came here and my girl Vivian did them so good!! I showed her a picture and she said “say no more.” They came out exactly like I wanted! They’re also so funny and really try to make you feel at ease, highly recommend 10/10!!!

I had the best experience getting my nails done by Jerry! He did an absolutely amazing job—super detailed, careful, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The shape, the polish, and the overall look turned out perfect. He was also really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I love this place so much! Since moving here i struggled to find a good salon and then i came here! Definitely recommend the atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so nice! They get my nails done so quick and they look so good!!

Everyone who works there is exceptionally friendly and incredibly kind. Walking through they do some really great looking nail art, and one woman’s fingernails (I was admiring as she was paying) looked absolutely gorgeous. We got pedicures and I got a French pedicure with an extra short cut and thick lines. They didn’t skimp on the foot and leg massage which is one big reason I spend the money every 3 months. I am very happy with them. We’ll be going back.

I had the most amazing experience at the nails lounge in Blacksburg! The staff made me feel completely welcome and pampered. The salon is spotless, stylish, and has such a calming vibe and was exactly what I needed after a long day. What truly set them apart was their incredible customer service. I was running late and called ahead, fully expecting to have to reschedule. But to my surprise, they kindly offered to stay open late just to accommodate me. That kind of dedication is so rare these days, and it meant the world to me. Not to mention the may who did my nails when I was a teenager before I moved recognized me!!! My nails turned out flawless, shaped perfectly, polished beautifully, and the attention to detail was unmatched. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I can't recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for top-notch service, beautiful results, and a team that genuinely cares, look no further than nails lounge. I’ll definitely be coming back!
