This place can be amazing or not so amazing depending on who you get for a tech and whether they care what you are asking for if you can understand ine another. If there's any miscommunication, they can be defensive and blame you for not being clear. I tipped well because the older woman who did my mani/pedi was sweet and put in her time and effort. The paint will likely be chipped off the sides in under 3 days with my job though. Quality and service should be consistent, not hit or miss. EDIT: Day 2 and my nail beds hurt horribly from hwavy handed drilling on my natural nails and I have been hiding my hands all day because I am so embarrassed from the polish job. It's thick and clumpy in some spots but so thin you can see through it in others. I leave for vacation in the morning and can't stand the sight ify own hands...yay 🥴

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but a little over a week ago I paid $80 not Including the tip for a pedicure…. They insisted to get acrylics on my big toes so it would look better.. they looked awesome once they were done but the big toes were extremely sore I could barely wear shoes. I realized the acrylics they put on my toes were extremely thick coated and way too long. ( I get acrylics on my nails so I know what it is supposed to feel like) then the right one a couple days later started to hurt so bad so I take off my sock after a long day on my feet to see blood and my acrylic and natural nail stuck to it is bending all the way back ( I’m assuming an infection) I literally ended up having to go to urgent care, get my whole toe nail removed ( just hoping it will grow back which the doctors said it’s likely it won’t ) take multiple days off of work and school as I couldn’t even have shoes on it hurt so bad I am devastated . I tried calling them but no answer several times.

I have gone to this place serval times and have an amazing experience but this time was horrible. I was getting gel X taken off to get a manicure and the lady dug behind my nails with a nail tip to remove my gel x and would not stop even though I said it hurt. Gel X needs to be soaked off, not ripped off. She ripped multiple tips of my real nails off and then tried to charge me to put tips on them. She left a bunch of the gel X on the tips on my fingers and it made them so bumpy. She put one coat of very thick gel over the top. She argued with me when I said it hurt and when I made a comment about them being bumpy she told that it was just my nails that were bumpy. I left with my fingers throbbing and bumpy nails bc I was tired of arguing with her.

The staff were so nice and my nails turned out amazing! It was my first time getting acrylics and I love them! The guy I had made my nails look exactly like my reference picture I'm definitely coming back. Thank you! (75$)

Amazing! Love my nails! Emily is Wonder Woman! Ran the entire operation all while making my hands BEAUTIFUL!! Stunned! I was in and out in LESS than an hour with my ON TIME scheduled appointment! I was in again today and saw Linda. I LOVE MY NAILS- she’s VERY TALENTED!! In and out in an hour with a full set and cherries on top!
