B & T Nails

I’ve been here 4-5 times and always have a great experience. I usually chose basic nails with one color but did a fall design today and my tech did an amazing job. My 4 year old daughter also gets her nails and toes done and are so great with her. The only nail place we will ever go to!

I was unhappy with the way Tracie did my nails! She rushed through the whole entire process and cut my thumb at the bottom of my nail with the nail machine so bad it bled. When I show someone a picture of what I want, I don't expect the nail techs to just add other stuff to my nails. I wanted a fall theme, not a pumpkin with white blobs that are supposed to be ghosts. I keep trying them but to no avail. My index finger is already peelong off. Guess I will drive back to Sunny nails in the highlands because they are the best! Btw I'm not wasting my time and gas to go back for you to fix what you have should have done right the first time. If you want to refund me then you call me, otherwise I will just wait for the rest of my nails to peel and then I will go somewhere else!

THIS IS MY SPOT! I can usually get in if I come right away in the morning but they are usually full so plan accordingly. The spa pedicure is insane. It’s so comfortable in this massage chair and they put a steam on your legs while they work on you. It’s heavenly. Staff is friendly and attentive. Super clean and they have coffee and OJ for you depending on your service. Very big fan of this place!

I walked in and immediately felt judged after I told them I wanted acrylics (a male). Sat there as 2 walk-ins came in, but they were seated first. When sitting, I was given a bad look by one of the artists. Once I showed the design was given a side eye, and she went to talk to others and left for a good 10 minutes. Didn’t tell me she was walking away, didn’t come back with anything. The design itself isn’t close to what I asked for. I wanted purple flames, but instead of the detail, I was given a simple design and some glitter thrown on top. The nail doesn’t even cover my actual nail fully. I knew I should have walked out the moment I felt uncomfortable.

The location is easy to get to and the shop itself is very spacious and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for self care. All the nail artists are very nice and are able to make your nails look better than every reference picture you show them! Will definitely be coming back to this place!
