I've been a loyal customer of Spa Nails for the past 15 years, and the service has consistently been outstanding. Over the years, the staff have come to feel like family — especially Kim, who was always so kind and welcoming. With some recent staff changes, I was initially a bit concerned about how the overall environment might shift. But I'm happy to say that my experience has remained just as positive — if not better! I love the new touches they've added, like complimentary mimosas and upgraded pedicure packages. These small extras really elevate the whole experience. Since Kim’s departure, I was nervous about trusting someone new with my brows, but Sarah has been a wonderful replacement. She's a great listener and has been able to match the shape I’ve always loved, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Spa Nails if you're looking for a professional, relaxing, and welcoming nail salon!

Wonderful little shop. I tend to be apprehensive with new nail shops, having been burned in the past, but these guys are phenomenal. Super sweet and attentive, and my nails always look amazing. I'm not the most responsible with them, as i work with my hands, and they are solid and stay on nicely. 10/10, will continue to come here. Lindsay does mine and she's delightful.

I'm relatively new to getting acrylic/gel, but I have several close friends who have gone other places and they always compliment my nails when I get them done here! The pricing is very reasonable for someone wanting a simple set, and the staff is friendly and does a good job. I've been working and rebooking with Annie specifically, and I'm very happy with her application and artwork! I can't speak to more complicated sets since mine have mostly been more simple (she did do great airbrushed aura nails for my birthday though), but I'd definitely recommend. If you're new to nails like I was, just know that a new set will cost more than a refill, so don't get too sticker-shocked thinking it's that much every time. The refills have been about $70-90 (very competitive pricing when you look up other nail techs) depending on artwork and have lasted 3-4 weeks before any nail lifting. I'm *hard* on my nails, so this is honestly impressive. Never lost one yet from Annie's application!

They took their time to make sure every detail was perfect, and my daughter left smiling from ear to ear. Her nails came out absolutely beautiful—neat, stylish, and exactly what she wanted. Had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail was phenomenal and i got exactly what i wanted! In so impressed with the stars! She freehanded them! Absolutely will be back again!
