Absolutely love coming here! Kevin has always done amazing work on my nails. Kind attentive staff & always ready to take on a photo I bring in for my next nail set & exceeds my expectations & more! My daughter also goes there for hers & loves hers every time she walks out. Never disappointed! Thank you!

Last minute walk in, they stayed open after hours to get us in!! Fantastic service, quick, amazing price! Looks just like the reference photo 10/10 recommend, they offer beverages too!!

I want to preface this review by saying I never leave one star reviews, but I after my first appointment at Lux Nails I have serious concerns regarding their sanitary practices and professionalism. I arrived for my appointment and a gentleman was doing my manicure. He used non sterile instruments on me and when I asked if they were sterilized, he mumbled something quietly and quickly put them back in the desk drawer he had taken them out of and didn’t finish the cuticle care part of my manicure. The instruments were loose in the drawer with a ton of other instruments and were not in sterile packaging. He took 2 phone calls during my appointment, one of which he walked away for about 5 minutes for. He apologized and said it was his doctor which of course I understand. But the second one he took while doing my nails, put the person on speaker, and then had to check through his emails for something. Lastly, part way through, a state health inspector came in for an inspection of the salon and he was so incredibly nervous that she was there which was a little interesting. My nails were drying and he had just started on another customer and he completely stopped her appointment to follow the inspector around the salon despite the inspector saying multiple times for him to please continue with his customer (she finally just got up and left). When asked for his nail license, it was not on the wall with the others and he spent approximately 30 minutes on his phone looking for it (I then left, and he still hadn’t found it). Before leaving, I kindly let him know that since the inspector was there, I would be letting her know that he used unsterilized instruments on me.

I took my 7 year old for a pedicure and manicure. She had a great experience and the lady was so sweet to her. My oldest got a set of acrylic nails. She worked with a guy. He literally did an amazing job at matching her nails to the picture she showed him. I also really appreciate how he wrote down the cost and told me the price before he did her nails. It's been almost a week and both of my girls nails look amazing. They also offered us drinks which was so appreciated.
