2025-08-23I was not impressed in any way with the haircut or stylist. I showed a couple photos of what my daughter wanted and I think she spent a total on 20 minutes on her. She cut it dry which I've never seen before, they've always sprayed the hair before cutting. She then blamed not being able to do what needed to be done on my daughter's hair being "greasy" which wasn't the case because she had just showered the night before. Instead of possibly offering a shampoo service to remove any product build up, she dismissed the whole thing. I didn't push because if the stylist has no desire to do their job then I don't want them touching my daughter's hair... she's had too many bad hair cut experiences in the past. However, she did a decent job on my daughter's eyebrow shaping. But at 42 freaking dollars a haircut, I absolutely expected something better. I took my girl to Great Clips where the lady who helped us did an amazing job, was very involved in making sure she got the style she wanted and was very patient. For HALF the price. Again, not impressed and will not be returning, ever.
