I was not impressed in any way with the haircut or stylist. I showed a couple photos of what my daughter wanted and I think she spent a total on 20 minutes on her. She cut it dry which I've never seen before, they've always sprayed the hair before cutting. She then blamed not being able to do what needed to be done on my daughter's hair being "greasy" which wasn't the case because she had just showered the night before. Instead of possibly offering a shampoo service to remove any product build up, she dismissed the whole thing. I didn't push because if the stylist has no desire to do their job then I don't want them touching my daughter's hair... she's had too many bad hair cut experiences in the past. However, she did a decent job on my daughter's eyebrow shaping. But at 42 freaking dollars a haircut, I absolutely expected something better. I took my girl to Great Clips where the lady who helped us did an amazing job, was very involved in making sure she got the style she wanted and was very patient. For HALF the price. Again, not impressed and will not be returning, ever.

Shelby did a great job of communicating with me. I felt like we were a team trying to figure out what would be the best color for me. I also appreciate that she got a second opinion from a more experienced stylist. That just helped me to feel good about all of it.

Jennifer is Awesome!!!! She ALWAYS colors my hair exactly how I like it. I will definitely recommend her to EVERYONE I know.... Elle Salon will be my permanent go to place for hair as long as Jennifer is working...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my hair....🥰🥰

I love Elle Salon!! When I go there, I feel like I'm visiting family! Sheena has done my hair for years! One time she spent an hour showing me different ways to wear my longer hair! Several of my friends are now going there too!

Just got my hair cut and colored by Katelyn. She did such a phenomenal job! Very professional and kind. She took the time to listen what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. She is great! Pricing was very reasonable!
