Have been here a few times and was very satisfied at first. The last two times have not been great. Today was the worse, my pedicure was fine and she spent a lot of time trimming and shaping my nails. THEN, I went to pay, we were told when we arrived that they were offering a 20% discount today. GREAT! When I used my gift card, I was told that since I had gotten a deal on the gift card (buy $100, get $20) that she would not be able to give me the discount. What! That doesn't even make sense. If that is truly the rules then at least ask me if I would rather pay with cash or debit and get my discount. She didn't say a word until I looked at my receipt. Not good business practice. I truly feel like I was ripped off. I will probably not be back. That is horrible customer service.
