The dip was okay, kind of rushed though. The nail lengths weren’t all even, and I had to file quite a few jagged spots when I got home. The pedicure was okay up until the Shellac, my toes look terrible! She kept applying coat after coat (I think trying to fix it) but the result was a super thick, bubbled coat and you can see the various layers. I would definitely not go back.

This was my first time getting nails and i got them for my graduation which it next week. I decided to get aura nails ( my inspiration is the last picture) and they don’t really look like it which I’m kinda sad about. But my nail lady was really nice and sweet and I loved her. I’m just really sad that they didn’t come out right, and also they look like they’ve already been grown out for a week or more

I tried this nail place for the first time, and they were really great. I don’t get my nails done that often, which makes me nervous to try new places. I’m always unsure of what I want because I’m not very knowledgeable about the options. I think Ruby did a really great job on my acrylic with gel polish and tips. They went the extra mile to clean up my cuticles and remove excess acrylic from under my nails. The price was the same as on their website. All three of the employees there were very friendly, which made the environment more inviting. I love that they have an online booking system. They do take walk-ins but mentioned calling ahead just incase.

*****EDITED****** ***SINCE I CAN'T REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENT*** ***Just because I was talking with a friend doesn't mean that I didn't know what was going on, as I should not have walked out with my nails looking like they did in the photos. Those were take as I was in your parking lot after I came in and asked you about it. I have came to you many times and the service has been great. But this one time, my manicure was horrible. I knew exactly what was going on. I'm not blind, and I don't ignore my surrounds. This is just not exceptable.*** I have been here before and liked it. So a friend and I went in on Sunday to get pedicures, she asked for just regular polish no shellac and got clear polish. I also wanted a regular manicure to clean up my cuticles. It literally took her about 1 minute if that per hand, sprayed I'm pretty sure alcohol or polish remover on my nails as it had a slight burn on my already cracked cuticles, didn't even push Cuticle back clipped I don't know what off, because that manicure was over before my right foot was polished. I was then charged $22 dollars for something my friends 4year old daughter could have done better job on. I think if that's how you are going to do a regular manicure and charge $22 bucks for better find a better job. Oh and next time ask if your client is allergic to latex as well. If I would have know you had latex gloves on I would not have allowed you to touch my hands, because they were red, and had a rash, and itched, thank goodness for benadryl and cortisone.

Lady who did my nails got mad that I kept having her fix my nails when SHE kept messing up and then overcharged me. She tried painting a clear coat over dirty black polish and when I noticed I told her to fix it and she got mad. She cut too much nail off and I told her to fix it and she slammed things around and said she will fix it and then the nail tech who was doing my daughters nails said "next time just tell her". I literally did. She fixed it. Then when she was fixing my other nail she forgot to turn on the UV lamp for my other hand and got angry at me because I didn't tell her. She slammed her hands down, slammed down the clear coat, pushed a sliding cart away and was yelling in her language and then came over and roughly wiped the gel off and then told me next time I need to tell her when the lamp isnt on LOL. THAT IS YOUR JOB. DO YOUR JOB. Good luck if you go here. I do NOT recommend.
