BAMBOO NAIL SPA

I had a mani-pedi here on Sunday and left very disappointed. Two different people worked on me at the same time, which felt more chaotic than relaxing. It was this past Sunday and it was very slow in the salon. The pedicure tech spent a lot of time applying lotion to my legs, but skipped the basics — my nails weren’t clipped or cleaned properly, and old polish was still left behind. The tech who did my manicure and I couldn’t understand each other, which made it hard to communicate what I wanted. Normally, I don’t mind a language barrier, but in this case it meant I got a manicure I didn’t want. Overall, I left stressed instead of relaxed, and with nails that look like they’ve already been worn for weeks. The full service cost me $75 for the pedi and $45 for the mani. ***EDIT*** The salon owner contacted me based on my Google review and offered to redo the services at no extra cost, which I was very happy with. I went in today, 8.21.25, and had both the manicure and pedicure done by the same people that did them on Sunday. The gal who re-did my manicure did a beautiful job and I’m guessing that the experience I had on Sunday was truly a one off. I wish I could say the same for the pedicure. I had the same gal except today she didn’t say two words to me. I could tell she was very upset that she was asked to redo her work. She used the e-file and took off all of the color that she put on on Sunday and simply just repainted my toes with another color that I had chosen (the owner gave me the opportunity to choose a different color, and I did). She did not clip my nails, clean my nails, or file my nails – she just simply repainted them. Not only did she not do any of the basic parts of a pedicure, but she, again, didn’t remove all of the color from the last one. When she was done painting my toes, she grabbed her things and walked away. Didn’t ask me if I was happy with it, didn’t say goodbye, nothing… just walked away. So, I left. The owner contacted me shortly afterward and asked if I was happy with what had been done for me today. I sent her a picture of my toes and said that I was not happy – not at all satisfied with the work that was done and with how uncomfortable I felt sitting there while she repainted them. The owner asked me to come back so someone else in the salon could redo it and I declined. I asked for a refund and the owner sent me a photo of their policy, which states, if you leave the premises and you are unsatisfied with any of the services, that’s on you. They do not offer refunds of any kind. While I was there, it appeared that some regulars had come in and they all seemed very happy with the text that provided their services. It appears to be a very clean place and the owner was very nice. When I told her that I was still unhappy with the pedicure, She confronted the tech that did the work, and apparently that turned into a bit of a fight and the tech quit. I had no intention of anyone losing a job today, but I think when you pay $75 for a pedicure, it should look like you paid $75 for a pedicure. I’ve attached the photos from today(you’ll notice that the color on my toes is changed to purple and you can see remnants of the red that was on there from Sunday). I also included one photo of the new manicure, which again was done beautifully.

I have been looking for my go to place for a while. First time in and I am extremely impressed. First impression walking is was it was very clean and everything looked new and modern. They were super friendly. Tools were packed in a clean pouch and most importantly she did a fantastic job on my nails. Bonus was amazing hand and forearm massage. I will definitely go back!

Go see Kim! Haven’t left a nail salon satisfied in a longgggg time. This is my new go to salon. They also have a 1 week warranty on your nails!

So kind, so accommodating. TRINH took her time to make my pedicure a very relaxing experience. They are also having a good special right now

Super friendly and quick service, stayed after close to finish my nails! Will definitely be coming back!
