Lisa told me in advance she would try to fix it but gave no guarantees. Lisa told me to come in at 3:30 and did not leave until a little after 8 pm. I totally love her work. I left the shop with dark brown hair with highlights. I will definitely go to her for all may hair needs. She is a blessing
