I do not usually complain but I need to. We hired one of the girls (which they said was the best Katelynn)to do our wedding party for my granddaughter. There was 7 of us. 5 of us went home and redid our hair. One could not make it. I gave her a Picture of what I wanted. Simple pull hair with rubber band with hair hanging by ears. She curled hair and pulled piece by piece and pinned it into a flat blob with at least 25 pins . She complained the whole time about raising prices and going though a whole bottle of spray that cost $20.00. And complained to the bride to. About cost and texture of her hair even though she came in and did a trail run. She made the bride feel really bad. One of the bridal party could not make it cause was busy getting things ready. She told the bride 52 cash only. A piece so I paid in advance for 5 of us. with tip. Then she changed her price to 75. For bride and 70 for another and 52. Twice that came to 249. For the ones I paid for. I gave her 303. She never offered a to give back for the 5th girl that could not make it. I recommended this place cause they did my grand daughter for prom and did such a nice job. So disappointed Very unprofessional.

Judy is an excellent hair stylist. Very accommodating with her scheduling and friendly.. I highly recommend for all ages!!

Boyfriend got a haircut here a couple months ago and it was great, however when we went back to get his haircut again this is what he left with.

I am sitting here so pissed almost 20 years later. I had my first baby in 2006 and I thought I want my hair permed;so I chose Judys downtown Ronan and I absolutely had the WORST experience of my life. The hair stylist was wanting to leave because I was her last customer, I know that much. My hair is very thin and fine as it is and I told her that. She should have seen that. Well she applied and left the perm treatment on for 25 minutes when I told her it was too long!! My hair was totally dried and broken off and has NEVER been the same since!! When I went to tell Judy about what happened; she brushed me off and said she could do some conditioning treatments til it snapped out of it 😕. I didn't want them touching me ever again so I never took her up on it. It's been 20 years but I am still SOOOO pissed over this and will NEVER forget it!!!!!!!

I always get super awesome nails from Johnie!She can do any design you put in front of her. She is artistic and creative. The nails themselves are strong without being thick, and I don't get lifting. She is up on the latest techniques. I love you Johnie 😍
