Horrible!! My nails look awful!! And it was 100. The first person doing my names I think her name was Gloria was sooo rude and decided to stop doing my nails halfway! Such an awful experience and took 3 hours don’t come here!! And I see a lot of similar reviews so save your time and money. I sent you an email… this is the correct location I went to please do not say it is not

I have recently gotten a new job that requires me to have nice looking hands (luxury sales) and my nails are prone to breakage with just regular polish on so I figured I’d give this place a try! My first ever dip manicure given by Anna lasted four weeks! There was maybe one finger with slight chipping on the side but it wasn’t really noticeable at all. I was seriously so impressed. And I could’ve gone without another refresh for longer but I wasn’t a huge fan of how grown out my nails had become. It seems like each nail tech has different strengths so it’s nice to see who you vibe with most. Jessi did my powder dip today and she took such a nice time making sure they were absolutely perfect! I was so grateful for all the shaping she did. I had heard dip manicures aren’t great because the removal can be tough but whatever you guys did today to remove my other set, keep doing it! My nails looked so healthy! There wasn’t too much talking but I understand it’s hard to talk with the mask and while you’re trying to focus. I always appreciate the complimentary message. I never post reviews but I had a really disappointing experience here. First, my gel nails lasted me 3 days until my first chip. My appointment was 7pm on Tuesday, by 3pm Friday, my left thumb had chipped. I’ve never had gel nails chip before and I’ve been getting mine done for quite some time. I usually go 3+ weeks no issues, until my nails are too grown out and I need a redo. But 3 days is heinous. My left index finger nail is also starting to chip. I am right handed and rarely use my left hand. I am not surprised as the coats my nail tech applied were extremely thin. Not to mention how the tech didn’t clean the debris at the end of my nails after filing, so much so that the ends of my nails were snagging on my sweater. I had to ask the receptionist to file them before I paid and left. Second, I heard my nail tech and my friend’s nail tech speaking about us. I understand their native language and when my friend’s nail tech asked a question to mine, I answered for her. Since then both techs were quiet until I left. The one sentence I heard clearly, was not a bad thing, but I did feel uncomfortable knowing they were discussing us. I really wanted to like this place as it is close to my home and got good reviews, but I will not be returning.

I got the japanese gel nails with Amy? or Annie? I don’t quite remember. She put on the color unevenly and there are hairs stuck in the gel of my nails. I also thought she wasn’t that good with the shaping. Similar to other reviews, the workers often talk in a different language (chinese) almost as though they are talking about you. During my session I had three people come and talk about something wrong with my nails. Overal fine but I’m sure there are better!

Harry was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about this place. They take a lot of time and focus on ensuring the shape and polish is to your satisfaction.
