They got me in the next day plus fit my son in as well, even though he was not scheduled. Our hair looks great, and my barber Nathan was very pleasant to talk to. Definitely my new go-to spot!

I originally booked a nail appointment on 3/11. When I showed up, I was told the nail tech called in sick that day and I should have been contacted. I wasn’t, but decided to rebooked anyway. My new appointment was on 3/21. When I sat down to get my nails done, one of the first things out of the woman’s mouth was, “I usually only do pedicures and hair here.” I asked her how she got sucked into doing my nails, and she stated they recently lost a nail tech and she was just stepping in. They only had a handful of colors to choose from and when taking off my old gel, she nicked me with the drill on almost every finger. She was extremely slow and did a horrible job on my nails. When I asked to get booked with a nail tech (I was going to give them one more try), they booked me with the receptionist. They only charged me for regular nail polish, and the girl was nice enough, but was still a waste of time and money.

I absolutely love all the technicians at Craft Society Salon. Jen does an excellent job with both my and my daughter’s hair. Her color and balayage out on point. My daughter’s very long and heavy hair has always looked fabulous after her cuts. Cari takes care of my facial waxing with the super easy and gentle sugar method. Nathan gives the best pedicures and really massages the calves. Finally, Hannah did an excellent job on my acrylic nails for my 25th wedding anniversary. My husband loved them. The salon owner, Liberti, has such a welcoming personality and hires folks that really know the craft. I’m so happy to have found Craft Society.

I came to Kalispell from New Zealand for my wedding and just found Soucie Soucie on Google for bridal hair and makeup. I was completely blown away with how wonderful they made our experience! Not only did they have a whole platter waiting for my bridal party and I on the day of the wedding but they were all super fun! We had a great time and felt amazing when we left the salon. I had some pre wedding nerves before hand and left feeling so relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Stylist (Kate) was nice over all but she didn’t give me the hair color I wanted. I came in with black hair, already dyed spots and I wanted pastel pink where my hair was dyed plus a little more done. There wasn’t a lot of communication with pricing and how much extra I was being charged for the product she was putting in my hair without telling me. I was super upset and cried when I went home. My dad called and the owner offered some sort of refund back because the last time I was there it was 175$ and I was charged 216. When I went back my dad went with me and they didn’t apologize once. Only when we left the stylist did. Again no hate to the stylist, she does great with other hair and I recommend her for her other services. The owner kept pushing saying it does look pretty but I felt intimidated and I felt forced to choose either paying a buttload of more money or let it fade. Obviously I don’t want my hair getting damaged so I said I’d let it fade but she didn’t even stop us for my 50-60$ back. My dad was defending me the entire time and it felt like the stylist was paying more attention to my dad who was upset for them than my issues. I’m a girl who is sick and may have to go for treatment and may lose my hair and this was possibly my last hair appointment and I wanted it done perfectly. I was very disappointed but the stylist skill is good and she was nice. She just didn’t give me what I really wanted.
