Richmond Nails & Spa

This is why I travel for my nails. Experienced like this!!! HOW do these people have a business??? I will note I have come here twice before and never experienced this. The service keeps getting worse. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for over 25 years. I went in for a regular acrylic set with shellac, and before even starting, the technician insisted on doing only one pinky nail as a “test” — shaping and polishing it before proceeding with the rest of my nails. She then argued with me for about 25 minutes before saying, “I don’t know how to help you — what do you even want me to do?” I said, “I would like you to do my nails.” Instead, she told me that if I didn’t like the color I chose — over the color she wanted me to choose — I’d have to “take the blame” for not liking it. I was stunned. So after she agreed to do my nails and said that… I decided to leave. Who speaks to a paying customer like this??? None of the other technicians stepped in; they just watched, as if this was normal. What made it even more confusing was that she had just come outside to bring me back in after a regular patron mentioned they didn’t have the red cat-eye color I wanted — only to then treat me like this. Two other clients even said, “Yeah, no, we’re not getting part of this.” I completely understand but I was just blown over this whole experience. This was beyond disrespectful and unacceptable. I left feeling humiliated, shaken, and completely disrespected. I’m still blown away. Absolutely the most unprofessional and abnormal experience I’ve ever had in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST. I apologize to the ladies there. I just needed someone to acknowledge how I was feeling. Happy Thanksgiving.

I was in Savannah for work and desperately needed my nails done. A friend recommended Richmond Nails & Spa, highlighting the quality of their work, fair prices, great experience, and the kindness of the staff. I was also encouraged to see Annie — and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure I was happy with each step of the process. I felt truly taken care of. The pedicure was wonderful, and I can’t stop admiring how great my nails look. I only wish I lived closer because this would definitely be my go-to nail salon! If you’re in the area and need a service, I highly recommend visiting — the salon was spotless, and every staff member was warm and welcoming.

I absolutely loved my visit! I went with my mom and we both got Mani Pedis. Kathy and Oscar worked wonders on us both! The service was incredible alone with a super clean store. Friendly, patient, polite and helpful! Overall my best spa experience ever! Will definitely be coming back and would suggest their service to anyone!

Loved it!! Super friendly. Kathy did my nails even though I called in that evening late. They were kind to take my app last minute. She stayed late to finish them nice for me. It was my first time for nails and I'm someone who deals with anxiety so was hard for me when I first got in there. Kathy chatted me up and that eased my anxiety. She is super friendly and gentle 😍. Thanks so much Kathy. Oh and they even had my husband in there hanging around but they were sooo kind to him also. Thanks Richmond Nails & Spa. See you next time!

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her 9th birthday. Kathy was absolutely amazing and was exceptional with my daughter. My daughter loved the color and designs to both her feet and hands. I would highly recommend Kathy and Richmond Nail Spa to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure.
