This Salon in Hamilton is a must if you want the best style/Cut. On 9/2/25 I initially saw Amy to have some nails removed as I was from out of state. She made an appointment with Kyla Shepherd for me to return the next day to have a haircut. Kyla a young stylist but proficient in her art of styling! I gave Kyla pictures of the cut I wanted. She listened attentively to what I was looking for between two pictures a combination of the cut and style. She provided some feedback which I agreed with and she started her art on my hair. When my cut was done and she showed me what she did I was amazed! She is the ONLY STYLIST in last two years that I've been asking for this particular style/cut to get it right. She nailed it right on!!! I wish she was in my home state of Columbia, Missouri. I would visit her on a routine basis unfortunately I can't take her with me in my luggage. This salon has very friendly staff and super clean inside. I would highly recommend this salon if you want the perfect cut. Make sure you make an appointment with Kyla. Kudos to Kyla for being a gifted stylist who listens to her customer and makes it happen!!! Thank you Kyla 😊 . If I come back for a visit I will make sure to come for a new cut. Bittersweet Salon is truly the best! Donna has been doing my hair for 8 years and it is healthier than ever and I’ve never left disappointed! Randy or Paige are amazing with waxing. Hannah does my gel polish manicure and does a phenomenal job! The best thing is that everyone there is so kind and you leave feeling positive and pampered! Clean and great energy!!

Hands down one of the best salon's I've ever been too, everyone there is so sweet and always does amazing work. Whenever I got my hair done by Randy, I never left disappointed. I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! ❤️✨️

My brother got a haircut at another salon that made him feel embarrassed. These amazing ladies stayed later to help him fix the haircut of disaster! So appreciative of not only that, but they're always so nice and the atmosphere is so upbeat and relaxing.
