CHÍC NAIL LOUNGE & HEADSPA KALISPELL

I’ve been here about 4-5 times now and I always bring my mother, daughter, and son. We usually go for pedicures but my daughter has had a manicure too. I lived overseas in Asia for about 20 years and going to have a pedicure was a regular activity. Coming here reminds me of that experience. Today I was with Sunny and they did a marvelous job. Love that I can always walk in and be served right away. They’re also great with kids. Always get a nice drink with service. 💅🏻💖

Our third visit here and already planning the next. We have visited every nail salon in the valley and this one hands down (even on a busy Mother’s Day) is always fabulous! Today we had Sean and Robert for gel pedicures and they were absolutely fabulous. Don’t forget the complimentary drinks and snacks !! Worth the drive ! Updating to add that Timmy, Danny and Bella are all AMAZING as well and we had great experiences with them too!! Double update for Helen who did a fill with squoval shape and nude pink with chrome and it is gorgeous! Kai came in clutch with an amazing pedicure massage !! Adding another update for Thomas who did an amazing gel chrome set 😍

Holly and Thomas were very polite and warm. Did an excellent job on my fingers and toes. I didn’t have to wait or make an appointment. And I will 100% return here. All that and I felt like it was a decent price. And none of the nails are crooked 😁 Mika did the second set. Wanted to try something funky. She pulled it off! I’ll keep coming for new updates.

I really wanted to love this place, but despite all the fluff when you walk in (the size, the decor, lighting, etc), I think this place is way overpriced for the fast and so-so experience. The two nail techs that did my friend and my pedicures were very polite and did a nice job (which is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one) but we were done in about 30 minutes (even with picking a premium pedicure) which was so weird. After seeing another lady with a couple drinks next to her, I made a comment to my friend that it was so cool that they had a drink bar there. Up until that point, no one had offered us something from the bar. But after I made that comment to my friend, my nail tech asked us if we wanted anything. Unfortunately, we were at the very end of the pedi. Another really glaring thing to me was the cleanliness of the place. I would think that would be of utmost importance in a type of business like this where infections are known to happen. I went to the restroom before I left and was pretty disgusted. It smelled moldy, which makes sense since all the wet and dirty mops were sitting in the corner of the bathroom for all clients to see and smell. The floor in there and the whole salon, actually, was just so gross. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place. I imagine the prices are so steep to cover the costs of their rent and all the fluff. Still on the hunt for a great place in town that is affordable and clean.

Wow what a beautiful salon. BENNIE gave me an excellent manicure with scrub and lotion and 4 minute massage. She cut and shaped my nails exactly as I wanted. I also enjoyed our personal conversation. Overall I very satisfying experience for the fair price. Will return.
