I came in hoping for a relaxing, professional, and trustworthy experience. Instead, everything felt disorganized, rushed, and far from what a “luxury” spa should provide. The atmosphere wasn’t calming, the staff seemed disengaged, and the service felt more like something done out of obligation than genuine care. What made the situation even more unsettling was the behavior of upper management. They came across as untrustworthy, dishonest with money, and overall toxic in how they handled concerns. It left me feeling not just dissatisfied, but uncomfortable supporting a business that operates this way. I truly wanted to love this place, but I walked out feeling like my time, money, and trust weren’t respected. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because the potential is there — but the ethics, environment, and service all need major improvement. If I had known what I know now, I would have chosen differently.
