I’ve been going to Mia for my nails and I can honestly say she’s the best! She’s super talented, always listens to what I want, and makes my nails look amazing every time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she’s so gentle and patient. The vibe is always relaxing, clean, and professional. Whether it’s a simple set or something creative, she always delivers 10/10. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this place. First, I scheduled a manicure and coconut honey milk treatment online. I wanted my builder gel off and re-applied with one color, no design. The tech was really resistant to doing the builder gel. I wasn't sure why, and in the end, I just agreed to what he wanted, which I regret. The appointment was going fine. The tech did the manicure, and it looked fine. Then, he did the coconut honey milk treatment, which was really nice. I thought we were done, and then he realized he hadn't done cuticle care. I thought it was something small he noticed because my cuticles looked good. No, after everything, he started cutting all my cuticles and using the file board, taking off skin and cutting me until my cuticles started to bleed. They now look worse than when I came in. When I asked him to stop bc it was hurting and I just wanted to be done, he kept apologizing but didn't stop. He just kept cutting and filing. He then had to grind down parts of my polish and redo it. This appointment ended up being over 2 hours, and I had another appointment I had to go to, so when we finally finished (at my insistence), I just paid (full price) and left and called the salon on my way to my next appointment. The man who answered told me to email pictures of my nails and he would talk to the tech. I could not find any email on their site, and they didn't follow up with me, so now I'm writing a public review. This was a disappointing experience, and my fingers still hurt when I wash my hands because of the cuts. I don't recommend this place at all. As a reference, I put a picture of what my nails looked like before I came into this place. (blue/green ombre nails)

Absolutely love their work. Jenny is a true artist!! The atmosphere is always so relaxing and calm. I just started getting my nails done again after years of not doing them. I have social anxiety pretty bad, but have never felt panicked or uncomfortable in this spa/ nail salon. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Tee did my nails and they look absolutely incredible. Am definitely coming back. Never have gotten Gel X before but definitely will again!! Beautiful!!
