She did an amazing job blending and covering my gray—my color looks natural, vibrant, and exactly what I hoped for. The cut is fresh, flattering, and easy to style. I have been going here for years. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and welcoming and chat if they can. Elliot is wonderful! She’s been listening to me ramble for years and somehow maintains a smile. I consider her to be an old friend at this point. It’s nice catching up with her each time. She has recommended products that I still use and will continue to use as well you can tell she really cares.

I'm halfway new to the area and was unsuccessful in finding someone who could cut my hair well. I was referred to Ginger Bay by a few people and gave it a try. I saw Connie both times and she did a great job of listening to my concerns about past haircuts and how I would prefer my haircut to go. She did an excellent job the first time and I just went back for the second time. The second visit was even better as I had time for my hair to grow out and determine any changes this time. I really like the customer service at Ginger Bay and feel the prices are fair. They also offer services at different levels and pricing which gives everyone a chance to enjoy their services. I highly recommend.
