2025-09-01Ok but not great. Better attention could’ve been given to cuticles and an even cut across my toe nails. In response to the salon’s reply, I didn’t say I had a gel mani or pedi, nor did I specify in my review how much I spent on this visit. Additionally, I called ahead to check availability, and entered my name in your system upon arrival, so I’m unsure why you don’t have a record of my visit. I’m including a photo of the uneven nail to illustrate my point. I would’ve asked the woman who did my manicure to even it out before I left but, but when I asked her twice to help me take the paper sandals off to put my regular sandals on before leaving, she was disinterested. It felt rude. I understand you have many repeat customers who can afford to come in on a regular basis, but not everyone is in that position. Those who can’t shouldn’t be treated as less valued.
