QT NAILS SPA

I've been looking for a good nail place near Smithville since moving there in 2021. Was still driving to Liberty where I lived before to get decent nails. Today I tried Platte City for a fill and gel polish and Hannah did my nails. Best looking nails ever, will be back regularly for my hands and feet.

Me and my friend went here together and Victor did amazing! Especially on the star 😄 Staff was polite and price is fair especially for a set with designs. Definitely will be returning!

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately our experience fell short. My sister-in-law took my daughter for appointments today. She mentioned that her Deluxe pedicure was done in just 15 minutes—without any cuticle cleaning or proper trimming/shaping, which was disappointing given the service level expected. My daughter’s manicure and pedicure were both done in 15 minutes total, followed by a 30-minute wait just for the polish to dry. Sadly, despite waiting, nearly all of her fingernail polish came off 6 hours later that day after a short swim—only two nails remained painted. Another concern was the music being played in the salon. It included strong language, including profanity and the N-word. For a space that offers services to children, it didn’t feel like an appropriate environment for a 7-year-old. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we were really hoping for a more positive experience and professional setting.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure before my sister's bridal shower. The pedicure was very relaxing and provided a pretty long scrub massage and hot towel. Tom did an outstanding job and also convinced me to get a manicure which also turned out perfect. I got gel polish on top of my natural nails. The picture of my pedicure is days later and they still look great. Would definitely recommend this location!
