SB Nails

I've been coming here for a little over six months now and I've never had a bad experience. I have been going to Na since the very beginning and she's always plesent and does a great job. It's some of the best work I've ever seen and I will continue coming here.

I started going to SB Nails in May. I have been going to Na for the last couple months because I was having horrible experiences elsewhere. She takes her time and always makes sure I’m happy with my nails. She introduced me to builder gel after having acrylic for years. The acrylic was ruining my real nails. The builder gel is stronger and lighter. I can go almost a month without having to get my nails done. Which is amazing! All the other places always want you to come back in two weeks and the nails break easily. I am beyond happy with my experience. I also get pedicures and I can go over a month before having to get them done again. I always say you pay for what you get and it’s quality and customer service. I recommend SB Nails over any place I’ve ever been. Ask for Na and make sure to make an appointment.

I don't remember the the staff’s name but definitely Vietnamese. She does my nails and use the drill cut the skin but not doing it gentle enough and it hurts my cuticle area. I hope she better focus on quality and learn to do it nice enough than getting too many customers and rush to do so :/

I always have a great experience at this nail salon! The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. I am always happy with how they look. The care throughout the service is always excellent. Highly recommend!

My matron of honor booked mani/pedis for me, my bridal party, my mother, and my mother-in-law three months in advance to ensure the salon would be fully staffed and ready for our group of five. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were only two nail techs available — and only one of them could do acrylics. Not ideal, but we stayed positive and agreed to go two at a time. The salon was uncomfortably silent — no music, no TV, no ambiance, no offered beverages. I tried to make small talk with my nail tech, and when I asked if she enjoyed doing nails, she told me flat out that she didn’t. That should’ve been a red flag. The acrylic tips were cut way too short, and even after I asked her to redo them, they were still too short. The gel builder she put on was thick and lumpy. The white she drew for the French tips was crooked and I had to ask her to redo it. Unfortunately, even after redoing it, it still wasn’t even. I was already feeling uncomfortable asking for so many fixes, and it became clear she simply wasn’t talented. Once she had finished and I was still unhappy, she walked out of the salon and didn’t come back — leaving the rest of my bridal party, who still had upcoming appointments, in shock. After seeing my nails, they chose not to go through with their services anyways. I asked to have the set removed because there was no way I could use them as my wedding nails. The only remaining tech didn’t even know how to remove acrylics properly — she just buffed off the white tips and sent me home with rough, unfinished nails. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since they had three months' notice to prepare. This experience was stressful, disappointing, awkward, and deeply unprofessional at a time when it should’ve been enjoyable and celebratory. Photos show what I was asking for and what I received.
