Polish Me Nail Lounge

These are my nails after just a little over 2 weeks. I paid for hard gel, but it was never applied. I didn’t realize that at first. Only when the polish started chipping, it became clear that I never received hard gel at all. I paid full price for something I didn’t get, and now my nails look terrible after just a little over 2 weeks. On top of that, the color of my nails changed over time, which should not happen(it was milky). Very disappointing and dishonest service.

Carla and the staff are exceptional in their knowledge of nails and customer service! I have been a client for three years and would not consider going anywhere else. My nails look and feel great. Also the decor of the store is so polished!

I have been going to Polish Me for a while now and I always schedule with Morgan. She is the sweetest human being ever and is so so talented at what she does. I get so excited to get my nails done every month. The hard gel manicures have saved my poor brittle nails. I never break my nails anymore. Morgan always makes my nails look so pretty and I get SO SO SO many compliments on them while I am at work. By far my favorite nail salon and Morgan is my favorite nail tech. Great environment and staff!! 10/10 recommend to everyone!!

I went in when they opened first thing in the morning. There were 4 technicians and 4 customers including me. The technician that was with me seemed new and timid. The massage with my pedicure was not good at all. The actual pedicure was good. What was also disappointing was that 2 of the technicians were talking to each other in Spanish throughout my entire time there with no respect for the English speaking customers that were there. They were not holding a conversation with their own customers who they were working with. Just going to leave this here, take it or leave it. Just my opinion.

I have been coming here for about six years and all the girls have always been very professional and quick to help you when you need to change your appointment. The girls are very outgoing too, and they always seem to be a good mood and personally just invite you in and have a good time. We thank you very much.
