2025-03-15Rose at Kristy nails was great. She was very detailed and precise with her work. I received a mani-pedi with gel polish. I was disappointed that they don't allow appointments to be made for Fridays and Saturdays. I will definitely go back again. I hope I'm able to get her again.

2023-12-26I had high hopes after searching for a nail shop online and reading the reviews. But I was wrong. I got a full set, and a pedicure. They were done by two different people. I absolutely love my pedicure but my full set looks like a 8 year old did it . I didn't say anything in while I was there because I didn't want to cause a scene. But it looks horrible . Polish not on full nail and glue everywhere... Oh and yes this was just done on to today 08/25/23 Update: The nail shop contacted me in regards to my nails! They fixed the issue and I am highly satisfied! Things were handled so quickly. And I absolutely love my nails!!! Brian did an amazing job!!! He was quick and through my nails look exactly how I thought they should have looked to begin with. The fact that they called me and corrected my problem let's me know they care. I am changing my review too 5 stars and posting new pics ! Thank you! I will be back.. I've been back and service was 10 out of 10 I had some things going on where I needed to be accommodated with my time and they did it no questions asked I was able to get in and out I appreciate them working with me!!!

2023-12-04The regular person who does my nails did not do them this time. I asked for a design. The tech said he could do it. My hands don't match and I feel like the tech was not experienced. We don't pay for techs to practice on. This was my 4th visit, unfortunately will be my last. Will find a new nail salon to spend my hard earned money at.
