Maesta Nails

The nail techs were all very nice. They can do designs which is nice. Think there could be improvements with cleanliness/sterilization of tools and instruments used (the place itself was clean). My nail design came out pretty cute (a few spots that could have had more pigment as you can see the color below the design but for the most part cute). However the dip polish application came out with a relatively bumpy appearance (having a hard time getting the texture to show up in pictures but this is the best I could do). From far away it looks fine but up close it's uneven. Another nail tech at the end inspected my nails pretty closely and then asked if I liked them and I just kind of said yes and paid because I hadn't really inspected them up close yet and didn't want to try and repeat the process for it to turn out the same.

My daughter went up alone for homecoming. She’s 17. They charged her $87 for a full set and french tip. Her total bill without tip was $97 with a toe polish, not a pedicure. They charged $30 extra for almond shape and French tip. That was the reason when I called up and asked. I have had my nails done here for years with the exact shape and style and they cost $60. Beware they rip off teenagers. I won’t be going back.

I went in for a fill on my full acrylic set. They were good at color matching the last acrylic considering I had gone to a different salon. The hospitality was okay but the price and quality I received was deplorable. My nails were way too long after I had said to cut them down shorter, acrylic application was lousy with my nail not being fully covered on the end and edges. I had asked for a French and every single nail is noticeably different because of what I assume laziness. And in my 7 years of getting nails done I have never been so upset with the price of $70 for a poorly done FILL…no new tips were put on anyway.

I will not go back! I needed a pedicure before a big trip, she only used a sponge scrubber for my calloused heels, they needed the grater. I. asked my tech about it and she said come back next time. I don't have a next time before I leave for vacation. The massage was ok, she just didn't seem to want to do anything full fledged, just going through the motions. I didn't even have any time on a foot soak before she got started.

I always have a wonderful experience here. All the ladies are very nice and welcoming. They all do a very nice job too! I always leave feeling pleased and confident.
