My friend introduced me to a nail salon in my hometown that I'd never been too! I met the owners who are a super sweet couple. Customer service ia the best, everyone is super friendly and accommodating to your requests.

Went to get gel taken off and get another color. The color is super patchy I said something but he said it was fine and just kept going when he could tell I wasn’t happy. I wanted my nails trimmed down a little and he cut my natural nails way down! Not impressed at all! Especially for the price you would think your whole nail would be covered properly. My nails aren’t completely covered at all. Already looks like a week of growth I usually don’t complain but my nails aren’t even covered

i love this salon so much, this is the only place ive been to since i started getting my nails done and they've done an amazing job everytime ive been. The workers are so sweet and their nail art is always amazing. 10/10 would recommend

I've been to Candle Nails Lounge a few times now. The 1st time, my nails lasted 2 weeks b4 starting to show wear and catching on my hair. The 2nd time, ai was IMPRESSED, b/c 3weeks in my nails showed some wear on the tips but no snagging on hair. Even my husband asked, "You got your nails done again?" Nope, just looking great and lasting!! It was just under 4 weeks before I noted any snagging. I mean, they were amazing! However, 5 days ago I got my nails done before our weekend trip out of town. On day 3 my pinky nail started to snag on my hair, day 4 they look like I've had them on for closer to 2 weeks doing yard work or hard cleaning, which I have not, b/c I've been out of town visiting family. So incredibly disappointed. I paid $90 for my gel mani and express pedicure. Where I paid an extra $15 for the chrome finish and sure wish I was wish I was told that chrome polish is an additional cost prior. That was a dirty move on the technicians part, in my opinion. So yeah, very disappointed in my gel manicure quality. ** I originally gave them a 2 star rating, now a 5 star because of the following. See pics.. I returned for a redo of my nails and I opted to not do chrome this time. That was on April 25th; it is now May 24th. My nails still look great! Barely any wear on the tips showing, no peeling or snagging on hair. I am AMAZED!! I have done yard work (w/o gloves) digging, laying landscape, pulling weeks, spreading mulch and that doesn't include normal daily wear and tear, plus cleaning. Yes, some of the shine is gone, but it's been a month. A whole MONTH!! I am an extremely satisfied customer and will visit again. I would like to give huge kudos to the technician, if only I knew his name. I do know that he was out of town and in Texas for a cousin's wedding over Easter weekend. So thank you!! You did a supurb job.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in for a pedicure and had the most amazing experience! Shelby did my pedi and she was incredible — so friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The whole place had such a relaxing, positive vibe, and everyone was so kind. My pedicure looks amazing. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
