I had Rose do my nails today and I loved her. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted, so cute!! Rose was gentle, so funny and so sweet. I’ll definitely be asking for her when I come in next time. Atmosphere and service were great. Overall amazing experience.

Today I treated myself to a pre-birthday pampering session at Dorado Nail Bar in Sienna, and it was absolutely worth it! 💅🏽 Ivy did my pedicure and Tim handled my nails — both were incredibly accommodating and professional. From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. They even surprised me with a complimentary birthday drink, and Annie played the birthday song just for me — such a thoughtful touch! I’m usually a neutral or light-pink type of girl, but Tim convinced me to try cat-eye nails, and I loved the results. The service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were top-tier. If you’re looking for quality nail work, professionalism, and a genuinely welcoming experience, Dorado Nail Bar is the spot. Ask for Tim and Ivy — they’ll make sure you leave happy! 🎉

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dorado Nail Bar! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and incredibly professional. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. A special shout-out to Sofia and Annie — both are so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They set the tone for such a relaxing experience. And my nail technician( Mr. B) is truly the best I’ve ever had in my life. His skill, attention to detail, and passion for what he does are unmatched. My nails have never looked better, and I leave feeling pampered every time. I’ve been here about 4 - 5 times and have been happy each time. I usually get a basic acrylic set and shellac pedicure, so nothing too crazy! Although, the most recent visit my daughter and I wanted something different and more unique for an upcoming trip. We each had pictures of what we wanted and the technicians did our nails exactly like the pictures. Michelle and Vivi are awesome! We were impressed and overall happy with our vacay nails. This will be our go-to place now! Love that it’s so close and a beautiful/clean atmosphere as well.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon and trusted them to recreate a nail design I showed them. I explicitly asked if they could do it, and they confidently said yes. I also got a gel pedicure at the same time, but the technician worked so quickly I barely had a chance to check my nails. The design came out nothing like the photo—the colors were way off, the lines were incomplete, and the gold polish spilled onto other areas. It looks messy and unfinished. I paid $60 for this design, trusting their promise. When I called to request a refund, I explained everything clearly over the phone, but they refused, saying the technician “did their job.” The technician did the job, but not correctly. How can I pay full price for a design that wasn’t done properly? I live far away, so I can’t go in person to dispute this. I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this salon. If you want quality work that matches what you ask for, go elsewhere. Edit: Your reply sounds like a bunch of excuses, I contacted other Dorado nail bars in the area and in my area and they were all shocked to hear about your customer service. They had also agreed given the circumstances that they would have given me a refund. This just sounds like you are taking advantage of the fact that I live far away.
